Wrinkly's Save Cave is Wrinkly's location in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! where the Kongs save their game. This location is only in the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of Donkey Kong Country 3 while in the Game Boy Advance version, it is replaced by Wrinkly's Retreat. This area in the Northern Kremisphere map is next to Funky's Rentals. In the Gane Boy Advance version, all of the other Wrinkly's Save Caves were replaced by Cranky's Dojo. It is found in every world even outside of the worlds, next to Funky's Rentals.
After Crocodile Isle sank, Wrinkly retired from being a teacher and moved her location to many caves which she called Wrinkly's Save Cave. Either she is exercising, playing the Nintendo 64, or sleeping. When Dixie or Kiddy enter the cave, Wrinkly is doing one of the three things mentioned. Wrinkly is happy to save the Kongs' game so she can get back to what she is doing.
When the Banana Birds are rescued by the Kongs, they will hang out in Wrinkly's Save Cave. When all are collected, they will go to the Banana Bird Queen and she will finally have the revenge to attack Baron K. Roolenstein.
- Sometimes in Wrinkly's Save Cave, the Inside the Castle Walls theme from Super Mario 64 can be heard.
- While playing Super Mario 64, Wrinkly will comment that nobody ever makes games about knitting. Despite that, games like Mario Family are knitting games that do exist.
