Salty Joe is a misanthropic fox fry vendor in Witchyworld in Banjo-Tooie who's stand is only accessible by activating a switch.
Joe is known to be a bit rude, and he hates customers because they always want things. It is possible that he works for Big Al. He also constantly catches a cold, making him sneeze on the fries he makes, making it a possibility why customers dislike his fries.
He reappears in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts as a member of the Showdown Town police force.
