Mrs. Catfish is a character from Conker's Bad Fur Day and its remake. She tried to use Conker to get into a huge vault. She even promised him some of the cash if he was successful.
In the chapter Bats' Tower, Conker meets upon four catfish, one being Mrs. Catfish.They explain that an 'awful, awful, Brute' has been swimming around and he's stolen their valuable belongings. They offer Conker cash as a reward for somewhat getting rid him (which he utterly fails to do later on and they end up being killed), however reduce the offer by 90% due to him using foul language against them.
After Conker retrieves the cash, Mrs. Catfish asks for the money, to in return receive his one dollar. Conker is however, confused as he didn't know the 'ten percent' was that low. When he realizes all that was there was $10, he refuses to give the money and instead keeps the $10. As Mrs. Catfish rants about this, she takes a look at Brute to realize he has very almost broken the rope he's attached to, making an exit with the other Catfish.
Unfortunately, Brute manages to break the rope and goes after the Catfish and Conker, violently killing each Catfish he reaches. He almost reaches Conker, breaking down a bridge in the process, but as Conker dives out of the way to the left corner of the screen, Brute gets stuck in a ledge, making it possible to get $300 that lie above.
