Gloomy Gulch is the fifth world of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and the fourth world of Donkey Kong Land 2. This world has numerous amounts of fog and has ghosts such as Kloaks, and Kackles. This world has spooky woods, a haunted library, and a beehive. Since this world is really high up, there are strong winds strong enough to blow Diddy and Dixie around.Gloomy Gulch is shown to be a small world.
In Donkey Kong Land 2, everything is the same about Gloomy Gulch with no additional changes, except that if the Kongs complete the world, there is a Klubba's Kiosk on the left side of Gloomy Gulch and that Haunted Hall is replaced by Krazy Koaster. This world, along with the rest of Crocodile Isle, rises out of the ocean and back on land. This world has three forest levels, one coaster level (taking place in a library in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest or at an amusement park in Donkey Kong Land 2), and one hive level.
