Elivis is a Maian Warrior, he sent to earth to stop the Skedar, whom the Maians have been at war with for quite some time. His spacecraft somehow crashed and he was taken to Area 51 for dissection. After Joanna Dark rescued him, he contacted the Maian fleet to help CI defeat the Skedar.
