Big Al is a rhinoceros-like character who appears in Banjo-Tooie. His only appearance is in Witchyworld, where he runs the burger stall. At first his shop is closed but after a pad is found by Banjo and Kazooie it will open and he will be able to give the duo a Burger.
It is unknown why Al is running the burger stall, but he tells Banjo that he used to clean the toilets at Witchyworld. He has terrible hygiene issues, including a cough that spews green clouds onto his food. Oddly, he can only give the heroes one Burger at a time. If they talk to him while they already have one, he states that he has run out. Al also wears shoes that are shaped like hamburgers.
He makes an appearance in Showdown Town as one of the residents there and in Banjoland in the game, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts.
